Another question for ya; how do I mount the extruded foam to the plywood? What should I use, glue, nail, screws, the Force?

You can use an adhesive hold with various kinds of glues or even very strong tapes, etc (though not those or any paints/finishes which contain petroleum-based solvents which will eat into bare polystyrene foam), or you can use mechanical holds of various kinds (or try paranormal means :-) …).Check out some of the info in my previous answers, one page at my site, and the whole site at Hot Wire Foam Factory for tips, supplies, etc:http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080118034421AA34YJAhttp://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20100528155312AA493kGhttp://hotwirefoamfactory.com/customer/gallery/modelingindex.htm (look through whole site).

Regular carpenters wood glue will work fine. Just a little dab will do ya.
