Another question for ya; how do I mount the extruded foam to the plywood? What should I use, glue, nail, screws, the Force?
You can use an adhesive hold with various kinds of glues or even very strong tapes, etc (though not those or any paints/finishes which contain petroleum-based solvents which will eat into bare polystyrene foam), or you can use mechanical holds of various kinds (or try paranormal means …).Check out some of the info in my previous answers, one page at my site, and the whole site at Hot Wire Foam Factory for tips, supplies, etc:http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080118034421AA34YJAhttp://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20100528155312AA493kGhttp://hotwirefoamfactory.com/customer/gallery/modelingindex.htm (look through whole site).
Regular carpenters wood glue will work fine. Just a little dab will do ya.
